A tragic romance. His Bai personality was so different from his heartless Xiang Liu character. Evenso, I wish the writers had made he and Xiaoliu (Jiu Yao) a couple and not that selfish Lord with no backbone. I loved that haunting song they played when XL showed up alone or with her. Loved this fantasy drama. It was fun and funny in parts. I became a fan of Tan Jian Ci and Yang Zi after watching, "Lost You Forever".

Season 2 is the epitome of heartbreak 💔 😢 Xiang Liu sacrificed the most for her. Because he was not raised in love & only got to experience a mother's love for a short time. What he learned was given to her.

孤獨，冷酷又孑然一身的相柳卻有著一顆忠肝義膽和熱烈地愛著小夭的心是多麼可貴可愛！檀健次通過他出色的眼神戲和肢體動作完美塑造相柳~~句句不說愛但處處都是愛！极贊💖👑👏！我沒有看過原著但劇集第一季有看完夭柳部份也重看了兩遍。開始小夭和相柳好像互有意向，但很快殺出個璟然後小夭好像移情了，但其實她是掩飾吧！因為她惧“九頭妖”，後來恢復身份因為立場對立更不可能她那麼愛她的玹哥哥。中間我也以為小夭愛璟，是去到第34集相柳找小夭小夭背對他想起“相柳沒有白白救你...”時眼泛淚光，我覺得小夭對相柳的愛是藏得很深！還有相柳回清水鎮向小夭告別一幕，小夭希望他一直是防風邶（不只一次,其實這也是表白只是說得比較隱晦），然後是望著他離去那依依不舍的眼神都是証明！至於與其說相柳是為愛成全我更覺得他是想小夭得到最好的！他覺得自己背付太多責任太大,他不想成全那是他用心頭血救回來的心上人但他沒得選擇（相柳很慘的😢）！但沒有相柳的人間對小夭也是一種折磨啊！那是無盡的思念！❤️❤️❤️

The interaction between XIANGLIU and XIAOYAO is so charismatic/very interesting. Their chemistry is very astounding that no matter HOW MUCH THEY DENY THEIR FEELINGS, it is still very apparent to see. . XIAOYAO ACTS MORE NATURALLY WITH XIANGLIU, she could be angry, playful and sweet towards him. AND XIANGLIU, HAAYST.... THE WAY HE LOOKS AT HER MAKE MY HEART ACHE... LOVE SO MYSTERIOUS INDEED THAT EVEN A DEMON COULD FEEL IT.

What is different here is xiao yao actually did fall for xiang liu, but he didn't choose her, but his stupid Gen and his foolish dreams. Based on his intelligence, he should have known that this mission is doomed. Why is he still insisted on it..i can't understand. He already done enough to repay the debt. If you see, he managed to take chengrong peak. Without him acquiring the medicine and financial supply, the small troupe of army should have been parished long ago. Why did he fight with Xuan.. is beyond me!

Because to him she deserves the world, all of it and nothing but happiness. He's a general to a doomed army, he has 9 heads and he knows he is walking towards his own end. He never wished to drag her into the futileness of it all. He pulls away when he senses that she's close to giving him her heart, because he knows losing him will break her one day. She herself expressed this, that letting him into her dreams and her girlish heart would possibly one day be worse than death. He loves her so much that he teaches her to rely on herself and her own skills, so that if people in her life inevitable let her down, she can always rely on her own self... even long after he's gone from this world.
