Considering jiren beat Goku blue pretty easily, we can also assume that he’d beat SS4 easily. We know that Xicor is not as powerful as a SS5 if comparing it to the non canon manga in which he came from. For continuity sake, let’s say that SS5 and MUI are about the same. If the power gap is the same between SS4 and SS5 as it is between Blue and MUI, then you can definitely say that MUI wins against Xicor, assuming that MUI and SS5 are the same level, because Xicor was beaten pretty easily by SS5 Goku.

You may have learned this by now, but just in case, the guy who made Xicor is Toyble (that's not his real name but I don't remember what it actually is). He works alongside Toriyama now and both share equal claim to creating Goku Black and Zamasu in Super, who happen to be an evil Goku and an evil Kai. Xicor's story now is like an interesting piece of history and a prototype to an official story made in part by the same person.
