I recommend 5 fingers to be able to use all movements freely like lean+scope open+crouch. In this layout you can't use crouch while leaning scope opened.

Moving from 3 fingers to 4 finger claw by following this video. Don't know why but I notice when I open the scope, my aim is shifted to the actual target. It's not a single direction, sometimes left, sometimes right, sometimes up and down. Don't know how to fix the issue

You have to put scope mode on tap to be able to crouch while opening scope like 5 finger players in this controls set-up 🗿❤️‍🔥 But gyro players have a second option i.e., they can keep crouch button at its default position beside the gun switching & reload button area coz they don't have to worry about aim 👾

We can do just put crouch option up from peek and down from scope If you are able to do and control that setting then you don't need 5 finger at all

I use a 5 finger claw: ADS, aim feature and side scope controlled by left middle finger; crouching, prone, jumping by left index finger; move and sprint by left thumb; aiming and peeking by right thumb; and finally shooting is controlled with right index finger which allows me to run out of ammo a DMR as fast as you can blink. Also, I can do a thing that annoys a lot of players, I can crouch and shoot and ADS and free aim and move at same time but it works better when I don't move, just go up and down and single shoot or readjust to the target when up, it is useful when you're behind a short wall, if your enemy is sniping go up then down very fast, if it shoots it'll probably miss the shot and bolt action rifles take a while to load next round, so you can use that time to shoot it back though it'll try to crouch down or un-peek.

how can we crouch spray fast if both the crouch and scope button is on index finger??My crouch button is on my thumb so that i can crouch spray fast...i use gyro aim for crouch and shoot in close range..in my opinion the normal 4 finger layout is the best(fire button on left index and scope button on right index)...as i use gyro aim in close range so that i can jump shot,crouch and fire and dropshot with those buttons in my thumb

Weirdly enough, I switched my shooting and scoping buttons side. Almost everybody I know play with the shooting button on the left side while mine is at the right. It just feel much more comfortable to play. My k/d is rn +/-7
