Sir why would the high energy electron of phosphorus sit in the valence band though at room temperature they have sufficient energy to jump to the conduction band??or is it because by sharing of four electron their 18 octet is completed??would they compensate their high energy for octet completion??

No dear because of electrons will eject by attaining more energy and then left from original position at that location create a hole... Hole is depend on when electron will eject..... Electron will expel when source is available...

Hole create nhi hoga bcoz pentavalent impurity ki vajah se electron aaya h...and kyunki hum atom m atom add kar rahe hain that's why its neutral

Sir why do you take soooo long to complete a small concept in a chapter? Seriously one can complete this intrinsic and extrinsic semiconductors topic in maximum 30 minutes but you took an enormous 1 and half hour to complete the concept? Why can't you keep your lectures short and crisp. You repeat a small point again and again so many times that the student is bored to death. Please try to keep your upcoming lectures short and to the point. No offence sir but this is just my opinion.

Sir wants to make our concept clear. Yeah, he can do this in 30-35 mins like other teachers but he doesn't want to teach us superficially. For entrance examinations you have to study and watch lectures like that. Sir very good job. Keep it up.
