sir, why dont the electrons in n-type neutralise its own few remaining holes so that it wholly becomes negatively charged since electrons are majority charge carriers in n-type?

sir in reverse bias graph the current faced its enormous increase at v=9 volt...but sir the breakdown voltage as calculated by u was 8 volt...so was it mistakenly written 8 volt or there is a specific reason behind it?? and sir thanks a lot...

Sir, you said that increase in reverse bias voltage will not effect reverse saturation current. It will remain constant. But, if the voltage is increased means that electric field is also increased and hence the charges should move faster. Since the velocity of charges will increase, therefore current should also increase. Please help me clear this doubt.

Sir, Please help. In forward bias initially the current remains zero and then increases and in reverse bias the current increases, becomes constant and then becomes infinite so how can we say that diode allows current to pass only in forward bias because in the forward bias initially current is zero and in reverse bias finally it is infinite?

sir if saturation current exist in reverse bias then the graph should be linear but in ncert the graph is shown increasing.... please clear it
