sir in Pradeep's book it is written that to reduce eddy current in devices like transformer, dynamo. But it states that metal core used in from of sheets is laminated by insulating it with varnish like Lacquer , and these sheets cut across eddy current paths so how is that there is loss in energy of transformer through eddy current?

properties of para and ferro magnets are almost similar like susceptibility, permeability, magnetic dipole, so y r we specifically using ferromagnetic substances when both of them have tendency to pass field lines from within

sir u said that in secondary coil if no. of turns are increased then emf will be incresed , then by relation V=IR current must be incresed (R is constant for a coil) , but as u explained for coservation of energy current must decrease....... why this contradiction plz tell me sir.plz ..

sir u hv considered heat losses by formula,H=I2R.... y cant we use H=V2/R for d same although d value we get by using the latter is different??

hello sir i had a question in transforms did step up and step down is different transformer or both would be in single transformer and one why capacitor would used in radio capacitor is just stored energy naa so why its used and sir if we want to made a capacitor so should plastic or paper is used as dielectric and where capacitor is used thanx for you awesome lectures

step up and step down are types of transformer.they have different property .step up transformer is used to increase voltage and step down is used to reduce voltage.there are differnce of number of turns between them

sir i have a doubt , if we increase the voltage during transmission then acc. to formula Heat=V2/R heat lost is very high but acc. to formula H=I2*R heat is very less????? I m confused ,, i have asked my teachers but no proper answer plz clear the doubt sir...... plz sir answer this

heat is only measured by I2*R formula ....do not use voltage and resistance to calculate heat
