Does it work with iPad mini 4 (A8)? Edit: after installing Xinam1ne, it says “arm64” next to the supported iOS versions. So all devices A7 and onwards should work, it’s just that the website hasn’t been updated to say so.

You don’t have to. You actually don’t need the Xinam1ne app. You can just install the packages from their repo, but the app is still cool.
