It is sparrow hawk and jackdaw is not easiest target. I saw clip when jackdaw hit sparrow hawk in the head with its heavy bill, it was released quickly after. One hit and sparrow hawk can lose eye or become seriously damaged. Corvids are mighty bird family even when targeted as easy meal.

They don't fight back with all their mighty and they expect to win the fight with that strong predator bird to make matters worse they don't support each other in numbers all they do is scream

Don't be ridiculous! Of course the jackdaw is fighting back as hard as it can. The sparrowhawk grips its prey, with very sharp talons, in such a way that keeps the jackdaw's head at distance, so that the jackdaw can't peck at the sparrowhawk and cause the sparrowhawk damage.

What I hate about birds as a predator is that they do not kill and eat, instead they eat and kill, which is suffering for the prey. Terrestrial predators are better.

It depends on the size of the prey. If this was a small bird, like a sparrow or a finch, it would kill it, most likely with the first strike, and then take it away and eat it. The sparrowhawk can take down prey that is about its own size, or even bigger (magpie, woodpigeon), but they are too big to kill instantly, so they hold them down, which makes it hard for the prey to breathe, and they start plucking the feathers out, like in this video. The sparrowhawk hasn't even started to eat the flesh of the jackdaw yet, by the time this video ends. It can be 10 - 15 mins before the sparrowhawk has started to actually eat the prey.
