Please don’t give up in this fight to bring our nation to modernization. Please help educate our people on what style of modern construction the world desires in these current times. They need to take landscaping into consideration when they are building personal or commercial homes.I am a Liberian in the US and my wife is a Ghanian, and have traveled to Ghana. Landscaping is one of the major things that goes hand in hand with construction. It brings about attention and beautification. We are not doing that and that is something we need to enforce in our message to those who are considering to build in Liberia.

A mini block factory that produced the concrete blocks for the fence enclosing a 3 acre yard , and more in the video is hardly concept design 😊. But keep watching this space. Or better yet, come get your spot and let's do that more infrastructure development.

How much a lot of land costs

I lived in ghana and know that for such a project, the Ghanaian owner of such project will partition the streets, pave the roads, bring water and light poles and street lights to every demarcated piece of land and then sell a plot of land for like $10,000. Nobody will pay $10,000 for a piece of land and build dirt house. That we dont see here. All we have here is plenty talk.

Is all good but how many people in Liberia can afford properties in the areas only the wealthy ones which are far in-between plus the prices some the properties are going for , perhaps it's better to buy a land somewhere else that's far way cheaper.

I love that you have elevated that unit, important for a country that has a lot of rainfall. And yes, you also thought of large windows which means you will enjoy not just the views and sunlight but also great ventilation, especially since this area is graced with Atlantic Ocean breezes!

You talking about building a city and spending all of your time in one building ? Where are the investors cause your one cant build a city. Where are the machines to construct the roads and buildings ? Where is the laid down plan for the city? Talk plenty and nothing else. Do you think to build a city is done one house at a time? Sir, u are some of those people making Liberia to go in a drain. Here is some one who have struggled through out his life to go through tough times, sleep less nights, going out food due to hard studies n made lots of sacrifices. Yet still he left everything m have come home to make things better. He's not asking gov. for any money. Instead of u asking to join him so we all can make life better, here u are with your ignorance selfish attitude to put him down.which part of Liberia are u coming from.
