Kenny, from what I've seen by experimenting with 3 team trades is that if you make the other 2 teams trade between themselves as well, they will accept what you're offering them much more easily!!! I don't know if they "fixed" it in 2K23, but that used to work in 2K21 and 2K22.

Here's a challenge that might actually be impossible, but would still love to see you try. Kratos challenge: the god(squad) killer. Rebuild a team to complete the "lottery pick" playoff gauntlet. Team 1 is the best players picked at 1-2, Team 2 is the best picked at 3-5, and Team 3 is the best picked at 6-14. Build a team with players drafted outside of the lottery to win a championship. Decide which of the three teams below is the best and put them in the opposite conference. The other two have to be in your conference, making it likely you’d have to face all three in route to a title. Hey Kenny love your videos and I’m obsessed with 2k sims now. I just saw your video last year on “the nba with only 16 teams” I think it’s an amazing idea. I found a way to fix the playoff issue, you can create two expansion teams, and 16 of the now 18 teams will be in the playoffs. Hope you can make some content from this idea! I’d also try choosing a really small number of protected players to add to the parity Lastly, make the lottery between only the two worst teams!

Make 8 trades max for the season as per players pictured ( Chris Paul, James Harden, Devin Booker, Ben Simmons, Tristan Thompson, Kyle Kuzma, Jordan Clarkson and Blake Griffin) 3.Those trade must include you receiving at least one of the players listed. They can be traded away but they must be on the final roster. 4. I just tried and beat this challenge after a few attempts. I found the best way to get wins early is to start 2 Centers, run a defensive system, and select ‘Crash Defensive Glass’ in the coaching menu. I ended up getting a win in the 5th game. By the end I ran a 5 man rotation of: PG - Darius Garland SG - Jaylen Brown SF - Ben Simmons (playing on 2k22 so he’s still an 84) PF - Robert Williams C - Clint Capela Moral of the story, Rebounds get wins.

The Bandwagon Challenge: Simulate a season, you can acquire assets, but you CAN NOT make the playoffs in year one. Whoever wins the NBA championship, trade for everyone on that team including end of the bench guys, (even guys who go somewhere else in FA) and then make the necessary trades after that to win a champion ship with mostly the same roster.
