They are chanting „Du hast die Haare schön“ meaning something like „you are wearing your hair nicely“ (grammatically weird I know) which is an inside song joke from reality TV I think (originally „Ich hab die Haare schön“ so „My hairdo is nice“). The women who sang that, made a fool of herself and got famous. Everyone in Germany knows it...
