@@primitiveaccommodation all those connections are for future development in the circuit but not available right now, I think disinfect means to use uv light to get rid of harmful bacteria from incubator, the light symbol meaning the heater is working.

if egg turner have only 2 wires then place one wire in com and other in right socket it will work fine

It is com wire it is to connect all the neutral wire of the heater fan humidifier for relay , it is not for live or neutral from the 220v they need to placed in 13 and 14
