The inner fans are direct working 24 hours ,only exhaust is controlled by the xm18 for maintaining heat inside and ventilation which is already set

Air circulation fan is supposed to work 24 hour and there is no connection socket for that , exhaust fan is suppose to work when temperature increases, yes need to place a fan throwing air outside by making hole in incubator body

You are welcome, exhaust is a very needed option in big incubator in case temperature rises up it will on the exhaust fan to throw excess temperature, if you are making big incubator consider xm18d

Yes a lamp and fan can be placed in the same input socket of the xm18 if it matches same voltage , or they can be placed in any other plug as well because it doesn't need to be controlled by the xm18.

Q: on my XM-18D (110V) there are two pins labeled "12V" + and - (red/black). Do you know if this is an optional 12V "IN" similar to the 110V "IN" on the opposite side of the lower connectors, should I choose to control all 12V equipment? Are they just labeled to (save on printing costs for the schematic sticker) and only functional if I would have gotten the 12V version vs the 110V? @@Umairworkshop yes. I checked with a Voltmeter. I assume the company printed one label to use for their 110V and their 12V versions or models. If mine were a 12V version, the 110V "INput" would be a dead terminal pair.

Note that ALL wires controlling the relays control 220v equipment. The heater, the turning motor, the humiditifier, the fan, the light, etc all must be 220v (or 110v if you have a US/110v version). You cannot connect a DC 12v (or 24v) piece of equipment directly to this controller unless you wire an 220(110v) power outlet, and use a transformer adaptor (known as a "wall wart", the black box at the end of the plug). Each DC item will require its own transformer - 12v or 24v power supply as you would burn up a DC item with 110v or 220v AC. Note in this video, the egg turning motor is 220v. When buying you're incubator equipment, try to stay with a uniform power requirement instead of mixing AC and DC items for ease of installation. I've created a modified power strip that is easily removed for cleaning between hatches and also allows for replacing failed equipment on the fly should a fan, motor, or humidity unit fail during a hatch. Consider running an external alarm to inside your home (or WIFI) so you can be notified quickly, and also consider having back up equipment ready on hand. Things break when you don't want them to!

I am in Canada but I suspect the CSA Regulations are equal to if not higher than the USA. Do you know of a similar Controller in 120V?
