@@innercircle341 I’ve been a fan since 1983, from just down the road from Highbury. And trust me, we weren’t very good then. The spuds were actually better than us. But thank goodness things changed and I’ve seen us win 5 titles over the years. Good times and bad times and believe me Mikel Arteta is definitely bringing the good times back. Yes we have to win things and we definitely need to sign someone in January but keep the faith. We have had a bad hand dealt to us so far but that can’t last forever. Liverpool are due some bad luck and the chavs are supposed to be getting punished for paying agents through off shore accounts. Even still, we are better than them, we just need an attacker. I would personally ask Isaks agents for him to push for a move now if we made a bid. He’s a gooner and wears the number 14 shirt for only one reason. He would have to kick up a stink and the geordies would hate him but who gives a s**t about them? If he’s not prepared to do that then we got to look at Georkores as he’s got a release clause but we need one of them now. It would boost us and give us that extra edge that we need right now.

There's no opinion needed this is all fact whether anybody likes it or not - £750m spent on a single manager in half a decade, zero trophies won with that entirely brand new squad, zero trophies won, two semi finals made Meanwhile the trophy was won with the apparently toxic squad which had to be ripped apart Is the squad better on paper now? Of course it is, but don't forget for one moment Saliba & Saka were here before that money was spent too. Now remember again £750m has been spent. But sadly you don't win trophies for being better on paper, which means this manager has woefully underperformed. No ifs buts or maybes. Has significant progress been made since Arteta took over? Yes. Are we considered a threat again...? Yes. Have we got over the line with what we want? Not quite. But I think we're very close. The table at this time should not be affecting your optimism. Remember we were 1st at Xmas a couple seasons ago... How did that turn out?

The coaching is questionable to say the least, where did they come up with playing TP at right back and starting Tros left side forward when we can see he is a better player coming off the bench. This is a big club with the best players in the world within but the shitt the coaches come up with is a joke. Also Teirney would have been a better player if he was with better coaches he was touted as potential captain material before injuries and don’t get me going on injuries especially to wing backs, coaches not knowing the limits with players in these positions. I never liked the guy Alex F but he new how to keep us player’s fresh. Arteta needs a coaching clearance end off.

I don't mind Arteta. We no longer get embarrassed in big games like we used under the latter days of Wenger's time here. I hated that shit. With that said I don't believe we will ever win much with Arteta in charge. He is far too cautious and rigid in his ways. He is similar to Simeone. We will only win something when the other more ambitious teams are all having a down year for whatever reason. This is unless Arsenal's terrible ownership changes its ways and gets him world class players to strength the team both in attack and defense.

Even if you want Arteta out the man in theory he deserves the respect, sometimes I think that people are really forgetting how difficult it is for a man to step foot into a job as a manager when he had no managerial experience in football. if you compared him to Lampard at Chelsea Rooney, Kompany at Bayern (atm) Neville at Valencia. You rarely see inexperienced managers win sliverware in football or even get them into challenging in major competitions most of them have turnt out to be a complete disaster so in in sight he hasn’t then put horrible for him for the past three years of him managing Arsenal. There is only one manager in world football that’s actually managed to be successful to start off with no managerial background in the beginning and that’s Zindane.

ST - Alexander Isak, Marcus Thuram, Viktor Gyokeres, John Duran, Samu Omorodion or Benjamin Sesko. LW - Ademola Lookman, Nico Williams, Mohammed Kudus, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia ,Rafael Leao, Omar Marmoush, Jamie Gittens . Arteta needs to bring 1 of each in the next 2 windows minimum. You can't be here for 5 years and the only attackers you have brought in are Willian, Raheem Sterling, Marquinhos, Kai Havertz, Trossard and Jesus, it's not good enough. The next 2 attackers need to be the 1st or 2nd best attackers in the team after Saka realistically. I don't want to hear Leroy Sane either, it's give me the feeling he can't bring in talent in attack unless he has worked with them before, all other targets he goes for turn him down.
