On this series we will learn to use the classic Mini Moog take from Arturia , the Mini V3.
We will go from cero to hero on this synth. If you are starting, this is the right place. We will cover every single aspect of this synthesizer
On this one we will talk about what produces sound, the oscillators.

Notes for myself Range control. Lo control - a modulation source. Waveform select. Blend of triangle and a saw. 3 different widths of squares. Wave get more in-your-face going clockwise. 4:05 You can modify the width of all the square waveforms. Right click to fine tune it. Changing the waveform makes it forget any fine tuning you did. 5:28 For all Arturia plugins you get a History menu. You can modify the width with the triangular waves, not the saw. Osc 2 6:24 Oscs sound a little bit different from eachother - it's an analogue synth. Demo. 7:44 You get a fine tune dial, can be modified by semitones. Double right click to put it to 0 - there's a little phasing going on because the Oscs are actually a little bit different. Fine tuning demo. 100% detuned for a beehive sound. Osc 3 10:51 You get a Lo Mono setting. You get an inverted saw waveform. A little detuning gets a nice sound. 12:54 Adding FX makes it sound much better, like delay and reverb. Very 90s. Change waveform, demo creating a cool sound. FX will finish the sound you're designing. Overload 14:30 Osc 1. Overload is a saturation. Button has 3 settings, Off, Out and On. Out demo, gets overload. 15:46 Soft Clipping button at the right, demo, saturation not as strong. Add reverb and delay, detune Osc 2 a little. Overload changes the sound just a little. 16:42 On position. Doesn't get very heavy overload. Can plug something into the synth and its sound will travel through the synth (not the oscillators), it travels through the overload, so you can give that sound saturation. Noise 18:40 Works simply. White or pink noise. Demo Oscillator Sync 19:56, 20:33 A little detuning. Sync will make Osc 1 leader and Osc 2 the slave. Osc 2 needs to be aligned to Osc 1, demo. Detuning Osc 2 makes the sound change a little but it doesn't go out of tune. Again, adding FX makes it sound cooler. 23:30 Wrap up.

Thanks !! i try to make the starting series as detailed as possible. Then when i cover other synths, i can send people back to these ones to learn classic synthesis. Did Moog, Juno, DX7, OB.....the prophet and the arp odyssey are coming next. Then synth tuts will be 1 video or a couple if the synth is way huge like pigments or serum for example.
