As I saw on the website, yeah, you can turn it over and you can draw with your left hand and use your right to click the side buttons

Thnx for a review i have a drawing tablet wacom intuos which its only 2 years old now and wacom has been doing updates and they hv ruined my wacom on purpose to buy a new one, so im i hv been wondering about this company and seeing this review im gonna buy one of this although im still wondering if a 12" is a good size since i never had a screen tablet.
