Reasons this phone stands out to me: No screen cutouts/notches, front facing speakers, headphone jack, and expandable storage. Apart from maybe slightly longer software support, this is the total package.

@@ubacow7109 its because the donkeys are Sony didnt enable the dacs high perf mode. Literally just small change in kernel code, but that would give you less reason to buy a new one so don't expect Sony to release dat.

This is good marketing. Xiaomi and Samsung just flexes their megapixels, while sony actually has features to show off.

me too. hope they will add a telelens 80mm or so again . the 60mm in the iv was downgrade from even the 5ii that i am using. maybe not in quality but in specs

21:9 are sucks, too much black bar, the left & right edge its doesn't show much information when watching livestreams 16:9, including sucks when watching youtube contents 16:9

New Display: you don't mention the resolution. Why? I almost bought this but then at the last minute I found out that this one doesn't have 4k resolution like the previous model. I understand that some would rather have a longer battery life but I don't.

Very nice video. I did not hear you mention anything about software updates? Last year, the Xperia 1 V came with 2 years of updates. Has Sony taken any steps towards this way of saving the environment? They are all about zero waste packaging and the internals were built with recycled plastics, but are there any improvements for us to keep our phones for longer than 2 years this time? Hope to hear back.

You are a good sales man. Although the fact how amazing this phone is makes your job easier. This phone is perfect in every respect for me (well a notification LED would have been really nice, maybe for the next iteration), unfortunately it's just too expensive for now. But if it gets a meaningful discount towards the end of the year, more than likely I will be getting one (and give my current 10 iv to my father).
