I worked here for 3 years, sort of liked working here. When they put the cameras on the dash to stare at me while I was doing my job that's when I said the hell with this. Never work for a company that uses cameras to watch their drivers

I've worked for Conway / XPO for 29 years, and I don't really have a problem with the camera. It's caught me running stop signs, running red lights, near rear enders. When the red light goes off and you made an infraction, they take you upstairs and you watch the video on a big screen. Then they tell you be careful don't do that anymore, you say okay and that's the end of it. I make 80 grand a year and I have 7 weeks paid vacation, and all the paid holidays off. OSH :-)

As I remembered working for XPO Logistics if I was not hooked and dispatched with in 20mins I was reprimanded and my hours threatened to be cut by my outbound worst 6 months of my life.

As the saying goes: "WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER ". 20 minutes to hookup doubles is plenty of time. Try hooking up triples.

David Bucknell yeah try working smarter at XPO when 99% of the equipment has been canabized by other driver not red tagging equipment.

Aaron P That is true, cannibalized equipment and not red tagging out of service equipment makes for very limited choices. Where did you leave to? If you don't mind my asking

Jos Ron The supervisors at my terminal where upset about XPO breaking up thier gay CON-WAY family so it was a constant game of sabotage. It was if BRAD JACOBS was enemy of the STATE those guys wanted to kill him. Any ways guys at my terminal would never red tag any thing I because our supervisors only cared about numbers and the drivers would use there tools to remove airlines from working dollies to get there dollies working so they wouldn’t have to break there set.
