Yeah they added it about a year and a half ago, so MnK can compete with controller now on Halo. I think there are like 4 MnK pro Halo players, and one of them just won an event.

The Mouse aim assist isn't as good and their are videos to prove it. It does make it easier to keep up but stats don't lie. Look at the accuracy of the best MnK vs controller players since that update.

He would have done better if he knew how to play with the new guns. The commander (which no one uses because it sucks) is full auto, and it's better to use it close range, and the dmr is better at mid- to short range fights, it's not good at long range.

Just watch gameplay don't expect huge amount of content like new weapons or game modes that aren't completely half-baked, either way their game is built upon doo doo coding so they wouldn't have been able to change much if they tried

It’s good, only problems are that its store is grossly overpriced, the UI is terrible and the SBMM sucks the fun out of most matches. But besides that…very solid game, and honestly quite underrated imo. It’s easily the most content rich arena FPS right now.

They did add some aim assist to MnK a year ago. I’m a MnK player, and yeah, you have to have aim assist to compete with controller AA. When I take aim assist off, It’s hard to win your 1v1s with the simple guns. Half the guns don’t require AA, but some of the most common guns you will use do need it when going against controller. The divide between the two is almost non existent. Controller still has stronger tracking, but MnK snappiness with some AA has its clear advantages. So they are different but equal now.

@@Eastra3 I kinda meant in general for all newer games as I haven't played halo in a while, but even then why would anyone want there to be mnk aa? Would just mess you up on other games as I see it. Understand why they'll never nerf controller aa and take off mnk aa as too many people will wonder why they can't hit anything and will most likely no longer play the game. All I can hope at this point is for games to have input based matchmaking but then you run into less players if the games dies off later on.
