how? he has always wanted to see hard facts/multiple people's statements on the situation/emails ect ect to get the bigger picture. He stated outright that if someone said hard r of course its wrong, he said if they did laugh at the guys viewer ship dropping off that that would be shitty thing to do, and he admitted kick was dog shit at enforcing their policies and banning people because of how slow their processes were early on but that they are improving. He literally took accountability, admitted what he knew was wrong, and stated what he felt was wrong IF those events occurred but would like further proof and details before taking a harder stance on it. X had fair takes in this video and the girl used multiple manipulative statements/wording in this video alone that made me feel defensive and speculative coming from a family of manipulators I can tell you flat out she was being over dramatic here intentionally..

There's always a but, he can never concede on anything about kick that would make kick the bad guys. I also find it hard to believe that xQc is part of the moderation team, knows about some of these events, but somehow doesn't know if slurs are being used casually in the office? I also wanna say, with the shit kick does and the community that it harbours, is it surprising? Would it really surprise anyone if the allegations were true? xQc continues to play dumb and obtuse when it's something he can't defend, and his argument of "well, if they got banned, isn't that okay?" doesn't hold up for the obvious reason that this isn't a discussion about moderation, but the environment and the people running it. If it takes someone to fight for a pedophile to be banned, then there is a systemic problem, and it is STILL THE SAME PEOPLE who are working there now that were most likely defending it whenever the situation happened. Recently, I've seen xqc taking the stance of "waiting for more information and proof" only to move the goalpost when it's provided, saying "this isn't sufficient proof" or defending it still with some bs obviously untrue argument that at the end of the day, he'd never use if it was someone he didn't like like hasan or poki. And I'm not saying I have an issue with that, but it does showcase very obvious bias lol, when before, he flamed hasan when his take was "waiting for more information" on the mizkif coverup allegations, which i agree with him doing. He DID change, and it's been really disappointing to watch him go from a mature person to an edgy person, suiting his new kick environment.
