Her kicking the officer probably wont hurt him too badly, but it shows that she is willing to cause physical harm to a law enforcement officer. For the people who do not understand the joke at the end of the video it is simple. The person is booking a plane ticket and is being asked if they want to book a seat next to the window or next to is aisle. When said verbally the word aisle sounds like "I will" which means the phrase "window or aisle" sounds like "window or I will" since the flight attendant obviously doesn't specify what they will do as they didn't intent to say "I will" the passenger asked "windows or you'll what?" as a common response to "I will" is "you'll what". This leads to a stare off as the flight attendant is confused about what he is talking about and the passenger is wondering what the flight attending will do if he doesn't pick window
