From what I've learned so far about AMM it kind of sounds like regular person can make a business... People can invest there xrp to build it and largest share holders get the most say so... like if you wanted to make a project and open a theme park you would just have to make an amm( liquidity pool) for it and people could invest xrp or you could possibly become a bank and loan out your xrp

We divide up our deposit into 50% xrp, and 50% cash. Fine. We might make almost 10% annually. Fine. But the price this year might go up over 10% a day at times. What if half of our XRP is cash, and the price goes up 20% in a week, does only the xrp part of our investment go up, or does somehow that cash part also go up that same 20%?

To take profits, you can withdraw your liquidity from the pool by using the AMMDeposit transaction to cash in your LP Tokens. This will give you a share of the pool's assets, which you can then use to realize your profits. Let's break it down with your example: Initial Investment: 1000 XRP (each worth $1.00) = $1000 1000 USDC = $1000 Total initial value = $2000 Price Increase: Now, let's say the price of XRP has increased by 20% to $1.20 per XRP. The new value of your 1000 XRP = 1000 x $1.20 = $1200 The value of your 1000 USDC remains $1000 Total new value = $1200 (XRP) + $1000 (USDC) = $2200 Withdraw Liquidity: When you withdraw, you get back a mix of XRP and USDC. Typically, you’d get a 50/50 split of the pool’s value. So, you might withdraw: 500 XRP (worth $600 at $1.20 per XRP) 500 USDC (worth $500) Realizing Profits: The initial investment of 500 XRP was $500 (since each XRP was initially $1.00). Now, 500 XRP is worth $600 (since each XRP is now $1.20). So, the profit from the XRP part alone is $100 ($600 - $500). The USDC part remains the same at $500, so no profit or loss there. Therefore, your total profit from the price increase of XRP would be $100. How XRPL Allows You to Profit: Trading Fees: Every trade in the AMM incurs a small fee, which is distributed to liquidity providers like you. Interest on Assets: The AMM can earn interest on the pool's assets, adding to your returns. Arbitrage Opportunities: The AMM can take advantage of price differences between markets, benefiting liquidity providers. XRPL's fast and secure transactions make it easy to provide liquidity and profit from these mechanisms.
