17:01 XRP is not a foundation guys. It's a token on the XRPL separate of Ripple which is the centralized foundation. Ripple just owns a lot of XRP, why I don't know exactly. Agreements/cooperation in the early days of some kind I believe. XRP already existed under a different name when Ripple decided to use XRP I believe but don't pin me on that one, read it long time ago. Also XRPL is open source, anyone (not just Ripple) can build on it which is also being done. Bottomline is if Ripple blows up XRP and XRPL will continue to exist, question is what happens to the XRP Ripple holds (escrow).
