「 GMV 」Deal with God - Life is Strange Tribute

This week's POE theme was "Pokemon elements", and I had an instant click to use one of my favourite game series. I finally got to do a tribute!
This video uses the "psychic" type as its core, and I focused on the three LiS characters that acquire powers - Max (time-travel), Daniel (telekinesis), and Alex (emotion/empathy). In that order, the Pokemon in mind could be considered to be Celebi - Time Travel, Mew Two - Telekinesis and Mesprit - Emotion. I tried to focus on their relationships with their family, friends and lovers, and how they each deal with their powers - hopefully it didn't turn out too messy and divert too much? But it was so fun to do and especially a blast to put their quotes together!
I actually edited this version of Running up that Hill before with LiS 3 for an MEP - • Running Up That Hill |... It's an awesome MEP~
Can't get enough of how much this song's mood fits psychic and LiS. Thanks Stranger Things for that connection.

Having these abilities doesn't define them, it's not all they are. Chapter 2 of the original game rly reflects that. Max's powers couldn't save Kate, only delay it. From there it was all down to Max. Just like how Alex absorbing that anger would have ruined her relationship with Steph. These abilities are nothing but reflections of the people who have them and their choices.

There's a theory that says that after Rachel died, a part of her powers each was transfered to each of the protagonists in the following games. So in a way, we're interacting and playing with the leftovers of Rachel. Do you believe that theory ? Each character does share something with her after all.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, but this video is awesome and I love it so much. The combo is so good and I think you really nailed the psychic type theme. The connections you made between the 3 are amazing and they flow so smoothly. I can really tell you had a fun editing this, it just oozes energy and emotion. One of my favorite LiS gmv's now
