Would they work on a Tisas carry that has Novak sights ?

Tisas 1911's despite what they say do not use a true Novak cut, it's an imitation. Don't know specifically about the XS but I've done site changes on three of them and all of them left a humongous unsightly gap on the rear sight and you had to file so much material off of the site that Loctite was the only thing keeping it in

Oh how I wish these were minimalist instead of R3D, I have to use blacked out rear sights because for some reason three Dot sights just draw too much attention for my eyes to pick out a good sight picture. Is it possible to just order the front sight?
