This one is the most favorite live track I've ever heard

This version of this song made me a much bigger fan of xtc when I heard it in a club. Went right out and bought the "Towers of London" single to play at home.

Really tight, but Terry's drumming and Andys solo really knock this out of the park. Awesome

The first solo has to be Andy right? And the second one is Dave?

Yes, Andy first, Dave at the end.

I saw them a few times in this era. So glad I did. Peak English pop.

This was also the b-side of Towers of London single. Always remember being shocked when someone played me the 'White Music' album version of the same song years later and it seemed very stilted by comparison. Maybe something to do with Dave Gregory having joined the band by the time this was recorded (17 Sept, 1979), so two guitars?

I agree the album version sounds dull/subdued. Actually there are awesome live versions with Barry Andrews too. So full of energy and unique sound.
