The graphics remind me of an upgraded version of An Ant's Life. Also, the fact that nobody speaks is just...odd.

I always wanted to play this game too bad it's not on the Gamecube, I'm not a huge fan of the PlayStation but this game looks so fun I love Antz The ant models look like they are from a N64 game of Antz(i wish)

Antz Extreme Racing received negative reviews. Aggregating review websites GameRankings and Metacritic gave the Xbox version 43.86% and 35/100, and the PlayStation 2 version 41.79% and 31/100. IGN's Ivan Sulic and GameSpy's Michael Nam both criticized the game for its lacking personality and repetitive gameplay and for offering nothing new to the racing game genre.
