Bloody Roar 2 will always be the best one of the series. The soundtrack was amazing for a PS1 title. The characters and the overall gameplay was ahead of its time💯 Still remember Bakuryu and Shen-Long combos to this day🤣😂

Shina and Gado are two of my favorite fighting game characters of all time. Their beast moves were the most feral and brutal, and their no-frills normal moves looked like they fucking hurt. Fitting for a career soldier and his adopted daughter, and 100% by design. All of these characters were overflowing with personality. Thanks for the memories. Bring back Bloody Roar!

I vaguely remembered playing this game when I was little, my dad's friend would bring his PS2 over and let us play on it, and this was one of the games (I don't know if he bought the game or we rented it) but I can strongly remember I always played Alice because I thought her rabbit form was cute, and my brother always played Xion because he was into edgy-type characters. The honey badger girl in killing bites is one of the few anime protagonist that you want her to lose. For what she did to that guy who's trying to help her and she tried to kill him at the end. The 3rd beast drive was unlocked in career mode so you wouldn't have known unless you tried them. Even then the game didn't even have a command menu to teach you a bit the first 2 so most people likely only even activated those by accident
