I noticed that the tube for the air assist Isn't in the ring at the top of the laser unit. Any reason for that?

I have a 60 watt Co2, 40 Watt CO2, 30 Watt Fiber, and a 20 Watt diode. I have a bad habit of not wearing my goggles as well. At least he dose have a protective cover on the unit itself
