@@miniscenesgbsome kind of lubricant maybe - as a wood carver learning resin I know my tools need lubricrating to sharpen and have some weird and wonderful names-saying that so do some finishes.

The Si is limited as it's only 10w, more intended for use with the silk screen kit really but it's doing great for engraving most things, and cutting baswood so far :)

This one only goes up to the size of the base as is, I think I'd need the extender tray thingy to go bigger. It'll do 12x12 inch though, just trying it now

I love it! Do wish I'd got one that would cut clear acrylic still though. Not sure when I'll get chance to try it's silk screen capabilities but that should be fun too

@@miniscenesgb I think if you paint the acrylic black, then you can cut it and wash the paint off again… not 100% sure though. I know to engrave a glass bottle, I have to do that.
