Im still following you whenever you have new xtool update. I hope you can show me how to do cas4 bmw if its possible without adaptor kc100 kc501. Ive bought d7s since i was watching your video… sold it and bought d8s now but havnt explored yet

@@DIYAutoworksNG i saw retrofit coding for bmw and a ecu configuration option on specialt service function although i havent explored it aswell. I might need to look for a battery support to do the cas4 because my resting voltage is 12.43 and i was unable to communicate or maybe need kc100 😅

Thanks for watching! The only difference I can see is the improved hardware and possibly support for DoIP. I am yet to find a listing that the IP819 supports that.

Nice video. Tested my 06 350z. But I was not able to locate the long and short fuel trims. Is my scanner defected or my 350z does not have the ability to provide them via scanner? I contacted xtools but I have not heard from them. I welcome any input.

Some cars are that way. You went through manufacturer livedata right? Try going through generic OBDII? On my 2017 Honda, I can only view livedata via generic OBDII.

@@DIYAutoworksNG Thanks for getting back. Yes, I did go through the d7w's live data. I do have an older inexpensive OBDII. Hopefully, it will show the fuel trims... Keeping my fingers cross.
