I love how he cheers his clients on. I’ve been doing his videos a couple weeks now. His voice is my inner voice even aside from working out. “Don’t stop, don’t quit, WE GOTTA LIVE”. I was nearly in tears, every time I get up something knock me down. I completed a program had a bad fell 2 weeks prior to everything finalizing i still pushed through. I went from personal trainer to fat fit to fat on a crutch for 7 months now a cane to find out I need knee surgery. I'm so devasted and depress about this; went to a size sexy 11 toned to mrs.Softy wearing a size 16 at 5'9. I wish I was in his class. I can't wait to this young lady results. She looked great on that stage she's going to become an instructor herself.
