After the M Dot R episode, we had a lot of DM’s asking us to get this next guest on, so for Season 9 Episode 1 (Culture Vulture) we felt that it was only right we invited the one and only Xtreme to share his fascinating story.
The great Queen Icecream is now on her break and hopefully she’ll be back before Season 10 commences but in her absence the ‘Slew Dem General’ himself Chronik has vowed to fill in her shoes and he didn’t disappoint with this one as the banter was through the roof! We won’t post any heated trailers this time so you’ll have to wait till Sunday! Lol!
After talking us through his life story so far and how he discovered his love for dancehall music, we put X through his ‘RTM Fire Round’ before getting into some ‘Current Affairs’ followed by some ‘RTM Banter’.
The main subject was ‘Culture Vulture’ and the ‘RTM Dilemma’ and ‘Book Suggestion’ closed up the show as usual along with some RIP’s and 3’s. Yet another Realer Than Most conversation with lots of banter, real talk and transparency.

a friend of mine is English born white man that has spent from age 17 to 33 around Jamaicans and lots of Rasta people and spent a month and half in the Maroon country of JA at age 19 . from this experience he can speak very fluent patois in situations where it makes sense to as it flows a lot easier than standard English . he says Jamaican patois is an outernational language it spread to the four corners of the Earth by now . the term sociolect is applied here where you pick up ways of speaking from those you are socialised with

My family are white but born in Barbados, so to me to hear a white person talk with a Caribbean accent is quite normal but when I was small and I first went there i was skinning teeth hearing a big white man with dreads talking with a deeper bajan accent than a black bajan man so this takes me back to when I was small and seen it for the first time but now I’m grown it’s quite normal but in this instance I think it it’s some commitment from this man but he ain’t hurting nobody
