Update: Xtrusion reached out in response to the video with the following info that I think is great to know! The axs rubber and the handle for the slide out are actually in the works! Great news. They also include a QR code on the box that has instructions for install. It's also on their website under resources. Suggestion. Turn your shovel in the other direction so it does not catch limbs going through tigh trails.

I love my Leitner rack, but if I would have seen this one first... I really like those swing up panels.

Leitner makes a great product. I prefer the Xtrusion but both are great.

Been rocking the XTR3 for about a year and a half. Had the same issue with bolts falling out when offloading but the red loctite did the trick. Other than that the bedrack has held up well. Looking to sell it eventually as I want to upgrade to a Alu-Cab lol. Glad you're enjoying your setup!

A clear comprehensive well made video regarding a rack that is a little more complicated than others. Glad to see you address vibration and torsional loads on this rack. 8020 can be tedious when using it to make a rack. Unless you plan on taking it apart often I would think red loctite would be the go to product. Thanks.

Can you adjust where the rack mounts on the bed? I have a f250 super baja with a chase rack and light bar. I need to slide it towards the rear. Also, I will be dealing with the rack steel on the top of the bed rails towards the front. First world problems, I know, but any advice would be appreciated.

Because of the rails mine mounts to on the inside of the bed I can position this however I want to. Not sure about the f250 though. Reach out to them and ask. Their customer service is amazing.

Is red lock tight still working for you? We tried it on the bolts that are always loose on our rack didn't help, even put longer bolts with either lock washers or star washers the passenger side will loosen up with in 15 min of tightening.
