The squeak isn’t the bed, it’s actually the strut assembly. Mine started doing that I made the dealer replace the strut, started doing it on the other side and I made them redo that one as well. Not sure if the strut actually goes bad or if it’s an issue with the bolts and torque or if they had a bad batch of struts. Another thing that helps with the mud all over the machine is the rubber fender flaps they make for the box, keeps mud off the back of the doors etc. The doors are hard to shut because of how sealed they are, I appreciate it for keeping dust out since the cab is pressurized but you’re right it takes some handling to get them to close!

On the sweak. Just squirt some oil on the strut assembly and that takes care of that. They dry up . And this resolves that problem. No need to change anything out.

Blow the air filters out. I changed my air filters every 100 hrs. I know another guy that has one and he go's hundreds of hrs but I wouldn't recommend it.

We have changed our air filters maybe 20 or so times after buying the gator. We’ve even out a snorkel on the gator to try and help with the air filter. So far, it has helps.
