You dont need to reset masterworked items. You can salvage them and get 80% of masterwork mats back

Salvaging destroys the item. Resetting allows you to try again to proc 25% stat boosts on it at the cost of gold and materials. The two actions are not interchangeable.

For me it is the Blood Maiden. I have max resists, a ton of DR without Bone Storm, and the barrier aspect that goes with it. Yet when fighting the Blood Maiden the past few days I will get randomly one shotted, and because there is so much chaos? I cannot for the life of me figure out what the hell is causing it. Even when trying to use a shield with DR. The weird part is that it wasn't happening till I hit 80. For a bit there I could basically not worry. Now I will just be fighting and boom - dead. I've noticed those that you are talking about are much worse if someone else is around you. I kill them faster solo. They still hurt like hell. DR seems like the name of the game this season. Whatever class can stack it wins, and I hear sorcerers are specifically struggling.

I running Rob's bash barb build; have grandfather/shako (with GA on cd). Masterworked all my gear to 12/12. Still can't really push beyond pit 90 which is starnge, boss battles take too long. I got 925 gear at level 56 from world boss. So really when you start picking out endgame gear just depends on when you start to see 925. You can get to world tier 4 really low

You can pull it up on console, if you’re talking about rerolling gear you press a button and it shows you all the possible affixes it can roll on that item. But you’re right it’s sometimes hard to figure out, I just started a barb and didn’t realize you can set certain skills to be used by a specific weapon in the skill tree

Its master working 😁 its an end game system which buffs every stat on an item by 5% each level and on certain levels it boosts 1 stat by 25%. You farm the pit for the mats to do it.

None of this applies to sorc, if you build for max life then you have wet noodle damage, we're kitty cornered into twisting defensive skills to survive, it's actually annoying because like every sorc build is not even as op broke as other classes damage wise and forced to build so defensively, even if we built all offensive we would probably have under 10 k hp and no energy shields and still have far less damage output as other classes do. Feels bad

Eternal ppl Note > For everyone in Eternal the set up is different. Im a fully min maxed Bash / steelgrasp Barb, and after obtainin new versions of all the ubers the set up is this. Shako, Selig amulet, LEGACY x4 MAX DR CLOSE / DISTANT / FORTIFIED / DMG RED CHEST! (which is better than my Tyraels might with greater on dmg red and triple critted on masterworkin), +8 bASH Pants with x3 GA Armor / BASH / ELEMENTAL RES and FULL DPS Weapons x2 Mace / sword /sword / 2h Sword everything with Greater STR / DMG / GREATER CRT DMG and tempered close / Bash cleaves with masterwrok crits on Bash cleaves. Rings and Paingrogers with x3 GA and ALL crits on the greater Attck speed and greater crt chance. Im only rockin 30k Health 10k armor and 134k attck power and im fast farmin 100pits in 2:50' and pushin 119 currently. Farmin everyday allday Tormented Duriel and havent died once in tha past week.

Barb is either the only good class or blizzard doesn't know wth they are doing. The fact Barb can get that much HP+ with fortify pair with damaged reduction and insane damage but other classes like sorceress boss damage is capped and can't keep up barriers or mana shield is ridiculous

He has masterworked imposing presence on every piece of gear that can roll it + doom bringer. Unless you are rolling perfect tempers on and Life GA on each piece of gear then you'll probably be around your life pool.

Make sure you temper “Imposing Presence” in your Helmet, Chest, Pants and Amulet👍 at base it will give you +8 ranks with max rolls and then you can hit the masterwork for more upgrades. Also make sure your Helmet, Chest, Pants and weapons all have +Max Life (preferably greater affix). And lastly pray to the gods for Ruby pieces to drop so you can craft the royal ones.

Well i had 80k on my Barb and i got 1 shot by Uber Duriel, not right away but a little into the fight and then i could no longer survive, since then have gotten up to 100k Life with my Thorns Barb. Ill stick too it and improve it as i can. Im at 70 Pit Lvl im sure i can push higher but have not tried yet.

Watch out for the stacking debuffs in Uber boys flights. Certain attacks stack and of you get around 3+ stacks you die real fast. Shown as a red scull-like icon in status effects hotbar at bottom of screen. 👍

Cap your poison resist and don’t get hit by the splash damage which puts a debuff on you that makes you take exponentially more damage. I was able to kill Tormented Duriel with only 40K HP, but you have to cap your poison resist and be careful not to acquire stacks of his debuff

The enchanting system is still garbage. It takes long enough just to farm that perfect piece that only has one affix to reroll, especially when you're looking for greater affixes. Then to have that take millions of gold to reroll what you're missing. They need to do one of two things to fix this system. Option 1: Let us pick the affix we want and let the value be random. Let the first roll be relatively cheap. Say, 500k. Subsequent rerolls get drastically more expensive. If you're lucky you get a high roll on the first try. If not, you can choose to gamble or go farm another piece. Option 2: Cap the cost to reroll at like 500k. As you pointed out in this video, some items have a ridiculous number of possible affixes on a single slot. It's absurd.
