Made the video short as possible and the steps in removing your cat out of your Y pipe on a Maverick SXS and installing new custom slip on exhaust tips.

Great video bro. Question for you on your Maverick. 1. Where did you get that sweet rear bumper? 2. He side guards that you have look to be mesh. Is that just for cooling? The stock ones are just floppy plastic. Curious. Thanks. Again great video.

Thanks, I believe from Turnkey UTV. Rear bumper I can't reminder but I believe also Turnkey UTV. Don't have ut anymore, upgraded to X3 XRC Turbo R 72in.

Digging the sound! Question, if just adding those DC exhaust pipes with stock cat, would I need a tuner or relearn the computer?

Cesar Garcia sorry for delayed respond, yeah remove + cable on battery to reset ECU and it will relearn with the pipes. if you gut cat then you will need a reflash.

cat delete and exhaust the ecu should relearn on its own and be fine. To make sure go to maverickforums.net, where I go for questions and answers.

Can you still use stock exhaust with this, I don't want loud just cat delete to remove the heat in cab, I'm lucky about 15 min from my house is Mr. Rpm to do a stage 2 cat delete reflash

thanks! none at all, 1 week after exhaust I decided to hit up Hard Core Tuning out of AZ because closest to Vegas to do ECU reflash and got that done with a level 4 tune with a Airaid Cold Air Intake and good lord it sounds aggressive and wayyyy faster now. my buddy has a 2016 xrs turbo and in 4 wheel drive with stock tires in sand we stay neck to neck and I won every other race. now he wants a reflash lol, I got 12hp gain on mine and turbo reflash is 22hp so he will destroy me. sorry got to rambling but the exhaust is fine and its got a deep rumble in the cab when your deep in the pedal, maybe a little loud but I dont keep my foot in the floor.

Justin Wise I used these guys www.hardcore-tuning.com/ Heard nothing but good things about there tunes and closest place to me. There out of AZ. They have 10% off tunes right now, I paid $600 for my tune, well worth it.

How do you relearn the ECU? How long do you pull positive cable off? And then what lol

It will relearn on it's own with just new exhaust, if you gut the cat or add a CAI you have to send off ECU to a tuner.
