Basically, the old X is in the casket because he has essentially died. So the new X, blue dreads, turns up and fights back his old self and through this he introduces his old self as gekyume, a word which he perceived as a different state of thought. Whilst he talks to the grim reaper, he discusses how his old self blocked him from turning into the light that he could ultimately become, a side from his bad past. Now when he puts the old X down to lay on the floor, this shows that he has put that side to bed and he is starting a new chapter as the improved and bettered X. Who you see with blue dreads. And that’s my summary of this whole creative music video.
