ESO - Tempest - FROST Warden Build! (Infinite Archive build U41)

Today we have a brand new ESO Warden build to the channel called TEMPEST. It is kind of Nature's Bounty with a NOS tank! It's very SIMILAR to the tank build on the channel but with some sets choices, and flipped stats!
This takes full advantage of damage over time stacks which benefit BOTH sets in order to rapid fire them, at the same time as providing incredible control, protection and HUGE status effects.
The status damage and types we are utilizing were BUFFED in update 41 and are hand in hand helping us DOMINATE the enemy. At the same time however, we are able to generate an incredible amount of ultimate regeneration, in order to SPAM our healing ultimate OR our Northern Storm!
This new ESO warden build is NO slouch! Fast moving, high damage, countless status effects and ultimate spamming for days! Take it for a spin and see if you like it!

id go nord with frozen watcher, iceheart, and than death dealers fete with 2 pieces of endurance and than the frost clench cost reducer and the void bash arena sets for each bar respectively with the frost staff being the back bar while the front bar would be the sword and board with full heavy with growing swarm getting replaced with blood mist and than ice armor getting replaced with the block cost reducer for a perma block build with as many on self AOE's as you can get using blood mist to make up for your lacking mobility.

@@rubenfaqs I changed a few things just based on what activities I ran. If I needed to swap to more heals for trials I would but overall I kept it the same and I was cooking.

FINALLY AFTER YEARS OF TESO RELEASE A KZbinR UNDERSTAND AND EXPLAIN IN JUST 5 SECONDS HOW REALLY WORKS AN ICE STAFF: U keep the first barrier up ALWAYS. I sent this videos to my guildmates to show them why i always run ice staff on trials, vet dungeons, BN and IA.

@@adhafang9882 Sorry but not EVERY tanky is running ice staff today. I don't know when but ice staff got slowly into shadowban in tank set ups. Aditionally in old TESO frozen DPS set ups ran ice staff cuz over time effect plus barrier was optimal for vet and hm. And still is optimal for REAL VET AND HM RUNS. The problem started with "statistics parties", literally those "pros" banned ice staffs. In Excel all those parties look fine but in battle they fails appear.

​@@BBRocker75 wtf are you talking about? There has not been a shadowban on Ice Staves, no pros ban Ice Staves, tanks run an Ice Staff always now. Only tanks that don't are doing off meta builds, are newer to the game, or trying to be different. If you're saying the ban is on dps or whatever you're saying then that is also untrue, if anything the only thing people don't want you to run if you're using an Ice Staff on a dps is Frost Clench as that has a taunt that will take taunt away from the tank. Idk if you're going by information you got from the people you might be running with or what, but it's literally not true. I know this is a months old comment but damn.

I’m kinda new to the game but why go with medium armor instead of light or heavy? Also the sword and shield but not use any of the active skills.

Okay Xynode. Second post: I am really happy using this set up in my argonian warden, it works really fine, burn mobs so easyly... but it have a breach. For single players the burn for single bosses is low. Yeah the set up can take down huge bosses but it takes so much time. I am an average single player not a trial or dlc pro. This set up needs and aditional burn source to close that breach on single play. I understand the shield and sword purpose on back bar but for single players that config is not the optimal. In groups this set up rules. I ran this config with a DK tank and we destroyed all: in trials like HRC, DSR, KA or RG, where mobs are son annoying this set up just wiped them. My trial group is really happy about this config. In IA for the stages is AWESOME. You can insta kill mobs. But again in single bosses with not ads this set up have a lack of burn. I will try a modified versión with my armory system: the original one for stages and the modified one for single not ads bosses.

I have a question: Is this Build used in a dungeon? Trial? In what mode can it be effective? If you face a BOSS and there are no mobs around, will there still be damage? How much damage will there be when fighting a BOSS 30K?

Nice build for sure, but I have a question. How viable is azurebright on the last boss? It's tons of running around and not enough mobs to make it worthwhile. Wouldn't a set like ice furnace be more viable just for that 1 arc fight? (Keeping the frost theme going). Ty for the post it looks really good ..

Is ice furnace better than frozen watcher for pvp?

@@xboxgamerz22 I'm not a pvp person, but watcher is more of a turtle (hide in the shell) type of set. Don't quote me, but I would say nope for pvp. I used to run the nature bounty build with frozen watcher it was a ton of fun. Places like darkshade 1, Crypt 1, chain pulling everything goes boom..

Lack of single target may be harder to burn the bosses down, but if you play around the bosses mechanics well vMA should be no problem

Hopefully you’re higher than 16 by now but I just went through the leveling process myself and recently hit 50. Pre-50 is all about getting your skills trained up. Load up your bar with skills you need to level (even if you can’t use them) and don’t worry too much about being super optimal. I’ve ran around doing quests doing nothing but click attacking because I needed to level a bunch of skills that’s aren’t actually helping me right now.

I'm new to ESO, what kind of gear should I be wearing as I'm leveling up to lvl 50? 1x light armor 5x medium armor 1x heavy armor

Later on you will want a combination of heavy, medium and light so to take advantage to all the benefits of all three armour types. Best most heavy with maybe 1 light and 1 or 2 medium for this build. As your new you will be leveraging so keep finding better armour so upgrading so just maintain a combination of all three armour skills and character reaching level 50 in armour skill lines then more will be to start precisely choosing. Many main story quest rewards are armour and the main story quest rewards also skill points so helps you level up as it’s like a tutorial story line so do it early on as also will unlock the soul skill line and upgrade it to max level.

If you watch Xy’s streams, he will tell you don’t farm gear to farm gear. If you can kill something just go in and get the sets you need.. also both of those dungeons you can get that gear on normal ;) the monster set you’ll have to do vet.

This build does good damage if there are lots of things alive and grouped up but for bosses with not many enemies it won't do much. Also since you are in mostly medium and no points in health you are rather squishy for the later arcs

Too squishy. Works fine till you hit Arc 3 and then you just get oneshot. Should replace Divine traits for reinforced or run a heavy set on body. I would keep AB but drop runecarver and runs something else. So AB for weapons and jewelery and then a heavy set on body

ESO is an embarrasing bugfest that ZOS doesnt care to fix as long as you keep shoveling money at them. You cant even pvp in cyrodiil cause the lag spikes will eat your inputs. This game is barely more than the failure fallout 76 was, and by the same people. Don't waste your money on this horrible game WoW is better

yea ice furnace with somthing like order wrath or heartland or torug, with pale order that will easily get you to arc 7 maybe further dependant on buffs you get, 41k heatlh resist cap too so really tanky, mael storm 2 hand back bar to boost direct dmg

@@honorabilis1Ice is the best option to replace Carver till get the parts. But Azura effect cannot be replaced with Wrath, HC, or Torug. Those sets are plain effect, Azura is a proc. Procs cannot be replaced with plain effect sets. This set up is around pile ice effects and procs.
