@@BincysKitchen i firstly cutting into small pieces marinating with chilly poweder(less qty), black pepper, vineflgar, rosewater, turmeric and salt, then frying with palm oil adding curry leaf (other oil not giving better taste), not deep fry, after 2-3 minutes tuna redcolour become white/yellowish then i putting chopped onion, ginger, garlic and geeen chilly, then heating in low flame upto 5 minutes, after that i putting chopped tomato, after 5 minutes low heating, tomato became juicy adding coriander powder and garam masala, after also heating 3 minutes for avoiding raw coriander flavour then adding coriander leaf, if putting more masala, then tuna will be dry, keep juicy for better taste. I hope you will try one day. This my own recipe.. copy right and patent with me.. ❤🙏✌👌😀😀😀😀 you can try with small tuna too. In oman I getting sliced tuna @ 2 to 3 OMR/KG
