You got a Cuisinart! Mine has lasted years and is still going. I've never had raw egg custard ice cream, but I'll bet it is good :) You even have the same instant espresso powder I got (tip, you can use that to make chocolate cakes more chocolatey). You have an ice cream parlor going on in The Moss Family Home :) I use Orgain protein powder &/or meal replacement powder & to disguise the taste I add it to iced coffee or my double shot espresso while it's hot to dissolve it & then add the ice and cold froth the milk & I'm going to try to add a little of my cinnamon simple syrup to make it sweet enough. That does a good job of getting rid of that taste, Falon. What about mango ice cream or sorbet? Mmmm. Sounds good to me! And lemon sorbet. YUM YUM.
