DELICOUS No-Bake Summer COOKOUT Dessert! Triple Berry Fool
Triple Berry Fool
Ingredients:
4 cups berries, (We used Raspberries, Strawberries, Blackberries, and Blueberries because I didn't have enough blackberries.)
1/2 cup sugar, divided
3 cups heavy cream
3 Tablespoons fruit dip, or sour cream or yogurt
1tsp vanilla
shortbread cookies
Directions:
Mix fruit with 1/4 cup sugar and set aside for one hour, or 30 minutes if it makes you happy! 😂
In a mixer whip the heavy cream until it starts to thicken then add the vanilla, and fruit dip. Mix until combined.
In a large bowl layer crushed shortbread cookies, berries, and whipped cream mixture.
Top with more crushed cookies and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Overnight is best y'all! I tasted that thing the next day and it was out of this world AMAZING!!! 😁👏

In the old days when I used to eat steak , 60 years ago, I ate my steak "very well done." One time in a fancy restaurant, I asked for ketchup with my steak! The CHEF came out "You will not put ketchup on my steak" I replied softly, well, it is going in my stomach. I got my ketchup and never did that again, Dumb youth that I was. I don't know if y'all have a chicken salad chick nearby but they have this grape salad (that's more like dessert) that my family loves. We make a pretty close dupe for it using that cream cheese fruit dip. Just mix it into your plucked and washed grapes and then top each serving with a generous sprinkle of brown sugar and finely chopped pecans. It's so good 🥰

My first KitchenAid lasted 20 years, was still going strong but I needed a big one. I found a refurbished one the day after Christmas a few years back. My mom got it for me. I put the big motor to good use in canning season with the food mill attachment. Sissy will be using that KitchenAid some day, they’re worth the investment!
