Another great Tom and Nova reaction. Tom said it took him years to write the perfect song for Nova. This song was #1 Pop on Billboard after it came out. He beat out several of the prominent Pop singers for that spot. I know you are going to do more of his hard-hitting songs, but I highly recommend you do a reaction to Fighter, Castles, Angels, Scars, and Cancer. These songs will touch your soul. 61 here.. I was mostly turned off and disgusted by most rap, I hadn't even bought a CD of music in over a decade... Then I stumbled onto the song "Castles"... and down the rabbit hole I went... "My Fans" was the next one that really hit hard... I started getting his CD's so I could hear more... Then, of all things, I saw the promo video for his album "Gravestones", that got me through a VERY rough period in my life and still does... I now have EVERY CD that Tom and Nova have ever released (a dozen or so) and I listen to a different one every day on my hour long drive to and from work... aside from his supposedly "controversial" songs (which are nothing but questioning what the heck is going on and all truth bombs) Tom has extensive stuff that is more personal and inspiring... Nova does too! I am now a H.O.G. for life and get songs for some of my friends too.

They shot this video at Christmas, while Toms parents were visiting. That was them at the end of the video. Tom's dad was also in the video for "End of the world" he was the one wearing the tin foil hat. Nova started calling Canadian radio stations requesting they play "her BF's song to her" on the radio... It was getting a lot of play, Tom was named the artist to watch in Canida. But then the "powers that be" figured out who Tom was and that was the end of the radio play. Tom & Nova seemed to get over that pretty fast, guess they kind of expected it?

If you're looking for a non song Tom reaction, he's got one called "scary story" where he tells a ghost story that he experienced. He also has spoken word videos. A good song that you might appreciate is "ashes". Tom has a variety of styles in his music, "ghost" is the first time an independent rapper got #1 on the billboard charts.

Awesome reaction. Those two are a great example of what to strive for in a relationship, they definitely ooze team goals haha. If you loved this side of Tom he does have a lot of songs about real personal/personable stuff for example: Castles, Angels, Bad News, Withdrawals, Scars, Church. If I'm being honest Church helped me dealing with a lot when my ex took off with My daughter back to Germany, was the only song at the time that I can think that actually got me to pause and see where I'm at then cry and fight back the depression. 🖤❤️

EPIC! ❤‍🔥 Tom released this right before Christmas as a Christmas present to us #HOG, not expecting it to get much traction. He was afraid of how it would be received since it's so different than what he's put out in the past. But it hit #1 in Pop, a first for an independent rapper, and #1 in digital song sales, it's in song rotation on radio stations across Canada and the US and being used in weddings this year. I'd say it more than lived up to any expectations. It's insane - in a good way -- how much this song has rocketed Tom onto the mainstream channels. With this and his other recent releases, Tom is currently sitting on 33 Billboard #1's spanning Hip Hop, Rock, Alternative and Pop. To mix things up, Adam Calhoun and Tom did a collab album together last year called The Brave - I would recommend the entire album! Total 🤯🔥 , every song! - and one of the videos has Struggle Jennings and Nova on it, In God We Trust, then there's Fire Emojis, with Adam, Tom and Madchild. "Disgusting" is another early gem of Tom's; definitely check it out. One song that features both Tom and Nova is "I'm Not Well". If you want to REALLY need your inhaler for some serious laughs, then you have to check out Dave "Mac Lethal" Sheldon's beef with Tom. Here's the setup: It's 2019 and Tom has just dropped "Straight White Male"; a common acquaintance between them clues Dave to this song and Dave (for some reason) decides that the appropriate thing to do is to drag Tom on social media. Turns out, Dave and Tom also have fans in common and they apparently took exception to Dave's mud-slinging and abandoned him; while the true numbers may never be known, this put Dave into a financial panic and he tried to do some damage control. Tom, however, wasn't buying it and tried to get him to stop 🐂💩ing and come clean with his nonsense; Dave chose not to. So, Tom dropped "Lethal Injection". Then Dave dropped "Single White Female".
