i'm an old schooler from back in the day and things were never this divided as they are now in our country but i can appreciate this song and video because it's like a call to those who had forgotten what we used to stand for. reminds me kinda of my days in the military and why i joined. between the movie "sound of Freedom" and then Jason Aldeen and now this song a lot of people are finally starting to wake up. i know a lot of people don't like to talk about it because its a scary thing to talk about. like...what would happen to us if we were no longer the world power......no one in this generation or the last 2 generations has any idea what that's like. so i feel ya there. but i fall back on my military train of thought. prepare, stock up, get everything lined up and wait to see where this goes so i can act and respond as needed to preserve and protect my family.

I say this all the time. My father literally almost died just trying to come to the US in the 80s from then communist Romania. He was beaten almost to death by Romanian police for trying to leave the country. I was to young to remember any of it, but have heard the stories of what happened from my parents. I just recently became a citizen, don't know why I waited so long, but I'm damn proud I finally did it. My coworkers even got me a cake with the flag and a bald eagle on it. They were all so proud of me, made a fella kinda teary eyed 😅.
