Sir ye chatni toh Harare ghar me hamesha se khate rahe hain. Ham isme 2 - 3 Hari mirchi bhi dalte hain Taki thoda thikha chatpata lage. Jis se khane ka jhayka badd jata hai.

Yes u can add n also add ginger n seeds of pomigrants (Anaardana) , these all ingredients increases your health benefits 🤗👏👏. It becomes more tasty 😋 . Aap is chutney ko agar missi baasi roti k saath khate hai toye aap ko sugar me bahut laabh degi. ❤🙏

इस चटनी में यदि थोड़ा अदरक, हरी मिर्च तथा काला नमक भी डाला जाए तो और लाभप्रद व स्वादिष्ट बन जाएगी। जो लोग लहसुन खा सकते हैं तो वे 2-4 कली लहसुन की भी डाल सकते हैं। ये सभी चीजें लाभप्रद होती हैं।🙏

बहुत ही टेस्टी ओर पौष्टिक चटनी जो मैं बनाता ओर खाता हुं, चीजें खुद के टेस्ट के अनुसार लें...= 1, तीनों चीजें बराबर मात्रा में ले हरा धनिया सहजन के पत्ते कड़ी पत्ता 2, जरुरत के अनुसार लें पुदीना अदरक-लहसुन हरी मिर्च जीरा 3, सिर्फ टेस्ट के लिये सिंधु नमक थोड़ी सी चीनी नींबूका रस यह चटनी दो दिन से ज्यादा न रखें, फिर से नयी चटनी बना लें।
