I am not sure the tune in a middle really has a name. It is well known under the name "Laridé en 8 Temps" (which is the type of the tune actually), from Brittany 🙂

I hear it called 'Laride en 8 temps', which is similar to just calling a tune An Dro or Gavotte. A particularly solid naming convention, that.

Yes, I know. I've been trying to get drummers along for ages, they are all too busy! One day, one day I'll have some drummers. One would be good, several would be better!

Yes, they are. These are in G, I think that is Sol. But yes they are very similar, and in fact Gaita are used in Wales for Welsh music.

Yes exactly. They are a great basic folk bagpipe. I have a set of his Pastoral pipes too.
