I don't know why people are commenting wrong and wrong. There was written in the description that it is the solution of a book and it really helps me. This is Y-Delta conversion DC Circuit Equivalent Resistance Solution (Example 8.30) from Boylestad Book (11th Edition). The book is about basic circuit analysis (which was read almost all varsity) and the answer is completely right.
