很喜欢这样简单的生活，物质的堆积反而让人生更空虚。很多时候，购买的物品并不需要，只是满足一种纯粹的占有欲。

自从covid19疫情过后，我也开始断舍离了，3月到现在除了日长用品以外什么也没买过。这才发现原来一个人根本不需要那么多东西，自己一身轻了好多，也享受这一个状态。

每當辛苦工作之後回到家，如果看到家裡亂七八糟的反而更煩，更不想待在家裡。所以她的生活方式我挺喜歡的。我也一直盡量保持家裡的簡單擺設，把不需要的東西處理掉。真的，我覺得生活起來更輕鬆，更不需要煩惱那些沒有意義的東西。快樂，可以更簡單。擁有的東西越多，煩惱就越多。

关注minimalism大半年了自己也在朝那个方向努力着第一次看中文的视频完全没想到评论的走向是这样的… 当你不喜欢别人的生活方式能不能在judge之前想想或许只是我还不了解… 不是所有你不理解的事情都叫做装B或“病”…… 每个人都有选择生活方式的权利和理由😄 还有一点…强迫症或者洁癖可以是非常折磨人的心理疾病并不是自己的选择请千万别随便拿这个攻击别人。这女孩有或没有强迫症并不影响我对她生活方式的欣赏🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻

我覺得很空很舒適，反而家裡堆一堆東西舍不得丟真的很痛苦，堆幾年以後沒用又佔空間，打掃又不方便，真心難受。而我也不覺得不堆東西就是冷啊，她把家裡擺的很溫馨，色調也暖暖的，我特別喜歡這種乾淨整潔。那些說浪費的啊，不該住這麼大屋子的啊，難道人不多就不能住大一點的地方了？人家買自己想住的地方，有自己對生活的追求，為何要把自己的觀點強加在其他人身上？你們覺得這樣冷，沒感情，又不一定別人就這麼覺得。至少我就覺得這樣的擺設很舒適很溫暖，空空的感覺看起來就舒服，而不是擺一堆物品，又雜又亂又難整理。不懂這樣哪裡算有病，每個人都有不同的追求，不要覺得自己的就是最正常的，不同的都有病，尊重才是自己最應該學的，相信你們也不希望自己所追求的生活被視為有病的舉動。

看了很多极简家居风格，这个是最好的，有效利用了木质家具及绿植做点缀，处处都有百叶窗折射进来的阳光显得屋子生机气息十足，另外，橙黄色的灯也是亮点，这个视频我找了很久，现在终于又在youtube看到了。

yes mostly but for the tiles. they break with the otherwise warm n natural feel of the wood and the soft light giving some uncany slaughterhause atmosphere. bigger, stone like, soft toned not shiny and it s fixed.

衣服多時延煩的，換季時要先洗再收起來，怕發霉和衣蟲，要買抽濕盒和防蟲片。衣服多時只放在家中各處空間，抽濕盒和防蟲片就要買好多，而且防蟲片只有幾個月效能，隔一段時間就要檢查一下，換新的。另外，衣服買的多時，很容易就同一件衣服買了又買

The house floor area is very big. If really like to go simple, no need to buy such a big place. Cleaning is tiring.

It's actually not that tiring since there are only few furniture pieces, no carpets and not many knick knacks covering the surfaces she has. So one can relatively hassle free fast wipe everything and then just wipe the floors instead of having to wipe every piece, remove, wipe the surface and place everything back. And repeat.

断舍离，日文里这三个动词译过来就是“拒绝，丢掉，离开”。真要长期保持这种状态是要整个人本质内心里产生变化才行。表面上扔扔东西看似也是断舍离，日本人其实用起来这个词有时候也没有太严肃。但真的上升到精神层面的话那就是跟不是自己最想要的东西都say no。你觉得你的人生里一定要有夜店，那你就继续去夜店。你觉得你的人生里一定要有一个整洁的厨房，那你就把所有台面上的东西都收拾进去。说到底断舍离是对自己的忠实，不必要追求那些可要可不要的虚假繁荣。评论里这么多人说她矫枉过正，我感觉一个人有一个人的生活态度和思维方式，我们可以觉得她的方式不适合自己，但没必要否定她的精神世界。

这是第一个启发我极简的视屏。感恩。我还没做到极简，但也已经进步不少。从开始处理不必要的物品开始，心理，心灵和思绪真的得到很多解脱。会上瘾的，感觉慢慢体验到自己真正活着。和最重要是过程不应该有负担而是应该感觉解脱，不用急的。我很享受那个过程，还在慢慢进步当中。

我把用不到的東西整理成箱，捐出去。有社福團體在做義賣，也有育幼院需要的物資。家裡整整齊齊，每天都過的很舒心。而且東西越來越少，物慾也越來越低，生活也越來越自在。
