എനിക്ക് 10/15 വർഷമായി ഭക്ഷണം വളരെയധികം സൂക്ഷിക്കുന്നു പുകവലിയില്ല മധ്യവും ഉപയോഗിക്കില്ല എപ്പോഴും 8 ന് മുകളിലാണുള്ളത് വെള്ളം 2 ലിറ്റർ വീതം കുടിക്കുന്നണ്ട് മിക്ക ടെസ്റ്റും നടത്തി ഒന്നിലും കുഴപ്പമില്ല Doctor പറയുന്നത് ബോഡി താനേ ഉൽപാതിപ്പിക്കുകയാണെന്നാണ് മരുന്ന് കഴിക്കും വേദന നിന്നാൽ നിർത്തും അതാണ് പതിവ് ഈ സ്ഥിതിക്ക് താങ്കൾ പറയും പോലെ തുടർച്ചയായി മരു കഴിക്കേണ്ടിവരുമോ ഇതല്ലാതെ വേറെ രോഗ മൊന്നുമില്ല 63 വയസ്സാണെനിക്ക് ഒരു നിർദ്ദേശം തന്നാൽ നന്നായിരുന്നു

Thanks for good information Sir, എനിക്ക് അസഹിയമയ നടു വേദന ഒപ്പം കാൽ മുട്ടിലും 10 minnute ഒരു possisation നിൽ ഇരുന്നാൽ (ഡ്രൈവിംഗ്ഒരു ഉദാഹരണം ) എഴുനൽകുംഭോൾ കാൽ മുട്ടില് .നടുവിൻ്റെ bhakam മുഴുവനും അതിലും കൂടുതൽ നടുവിൻ്റ 2 സൈഡ് മുള്ള് കുത്തുന വേദനയ കുറച്ച് സമയം വണ്ടി പിടിച്ചു എല്ലാം ശരിയാൽ മാത്രേ നടക്കാൻ പറ്റൂ കിടന്നാലും കുറേ സമയം ഇ വേദന അനുഭവപ്പെടും മറ്റു സന്ധി കളിൽ പ്രശനം ഒന്നുമില്ല 57 വയസ്സായി ,(male) ഗൾഫിലെ ചികിത്സ ചിലവ് എൻ്റെ വരുമാനം അനുവദിക്കുന്നില്ല
