I am sorry , my dear when you say diversity you are concentrating in internal diversity , I think cmpanies could have external diversities such as subsidiary product companies .So , companies with external diversities are preferred for one to have shares .

1.When will the secondary market probably begin? 2.Where will it take place? 3. Will we have Local brokers after all?

1. Both markets will begin at the same time . Remember primary market listings are more of a one time thing and don't take much time it is the secondary market that keeps the market running. For instance Ethio telecoms primary market listing will last for some 10 to 30 days depending on investor interest of buying the stocks. After that on the secondary market investors sell and buy from each other not from ethio telecom forever and ever. 2. For the Ethiopian stock exchange the floor will be at the former EBC headquarters which is now being refubrished. And hopefully over some digital brokerage platforms 3. Without brokers the market itseld won't be operational . Investors cannot directly go to the stock exchange or the fromer EBC headquarters i told you above and buy . You need professional stock brockers to buy and sell stocks or other securities for you. So yes we will surely have brokers locally

Well the good thing is Ovid has been allowed by the Capital market Authority to sell the shares which will boost your confidence somewhat . But buying a stock depends on the specifics of the companies financials and other business factors .. I cannot advice you to buy or not without any valuation basis.. I will be doing examples of stock valuation over the next weeks part by part so may be you will get an insight

As far as Ethio Telecom is concerned it is going to be sold exclusively via the telebirr platform (So that means they have developed a digital sub brokerage application that can be used by other companies in the future. But I am not sure for now.)

Unfortunately I have no official numbers ..The only confirmed company is Ethio telecom..And I suspect all the banks to be enlisted sooner since they are public companies already...And the securities exchange is planning to list some 100 companies in the next 5 years

Unfortunately to your despair ; the only affiliation I have with Ethio telecom is the Sim card I use and the internet data I use . And the techniques I spoke in the video are scientific and can be applied to evaluating any IPO price of any company.
